Demolitions are like mines, full of salvageable timber, scrap metal and other valuable materials. The manual separation of these items creates more options for re-use and recycling. This approach also creates jobs far beyond the demolition completion timeline. Demolition projects should be carefully evaluated for their true value and the deconstruction option measured well before a decision to demolish is made.

-Bevin Hodgins, BROD Demolition

"Bevin was truly a professional contractor. He worked with local First Nation labour to assist in developing much needed skills and taught the employees how you can demolish a building with not many of the materials ending up in the landfill. Ensuring the materials find new homes in new buildings was very impressive and showed environmental stewardship. I would definitely use Bevin again in the future."
